Glazed Brie
Glazed Brie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. pecans, 1 tbsp. whiskey or brandy, 14 oz. round brie cheese (5-inch diameter) and apple wedges, grapes and crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In small bowl, stir together the sugar, nuts and whiskey or brandy.
Place cheese on ovenproof platter or 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 500Β° for 4 to 5 minutes, or until slightly softened. Sprinkle top of cheese with sugar mixture.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer, until sugar is melted and cheese is heated through.
Brush apple with lemon juice.
Serve with apples, grapes and crackers.
