Gingerbread
Gingerbread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 1/8 tsp. ginger and 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In glass bowl, blend flour, sugar, margarine, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg as for pie dough.
Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping.
Add soda and sour milk; mix with metal spoon until it makes a dull sound in bowl.
Add eggs, salt and molasses and pour into 9 x 13-inch floured pan.
Cover with reserved dry ingredients for topping.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or less.
