Gingerbread
Gingerbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bisquick, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, 3/4 c. hot water and 2/3 c. dark molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
Grease and flour squash 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for 30 seconds.
Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally for 3 minutes.
Pour into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or applesauce, if desired.
