Ginger Pork
Ginger Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 3/4 lb pork strips, 1 1/2 to 2 tsp garlic, 6-8 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Stir-fry the pork and garlic for 3 minutes.
Combine soy sauce, sugar & ginger.
Add to skillet.
Reduce to medium heat.
Stir fry 3-4 minutes more or until pork is no longer pink.
Combine cornstarch and water and mix until smooth.
Add to skillet.
Boil and stir for 2 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
