Gina's German Knoepfla Soup
Gina'S German Knoepfla Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tsp. salt, 1 or 2 eggs, 1 c. water, 3 1/2 c. flour (until dough is stiff) and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In 4-quart kettle, boil chicken broth, potatoes, celery, onions and garlic.
Add cooked knoepfla.
When vegetables are almost done, add half and half, cream of celery or chicken soup, salt, pepper, celery salt and more water (if needed).
Makes 3 1/2 quarts.
