Giblet Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with giblets (from poultry), 3 c. water, 4 tbsp. fat, 3 tbsp. flour and 3 c. chicken stock, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil giblets in water and set aside.
Pour fat from pan chicken was cooked in.
Add flour to 3 tablespoons of fat and stir until brown.
Add stock from boiled giblets.
