German Pound Cake
German Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. powdered sugar, 4 eggs, separated and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large bowl, cream butter; sift sugar.
Add gradually to butter.
Add unbeaten egg yolks one at a time.
Beat until smooth.

Beat egg white until stiff.
Fold into batter.
