German Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced, 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. water and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Fry bacon (diced) until crisp and leave enough grease in skillet to mix flour, vinegar, sugar, mustard and water.
Cook until thick and add sliced, cooked potatoes, onion and green pepper.
Serve warm or cold.
