German Potato Salad
German Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 potatoes, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 tsp. chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. caraway seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and cut raw potatoes into quarters and then into 1/2-inch slices.
Put in pot and barely cover with water.
Add onion, parsley, salt, caraway, marjoram and bay leaf.
Cook until potatoes are soft.
Make a roux from the butter and flour and add a little water from the cooked potatoes to thin.
Add this back to the potato mixture to thicken.
Stir in vinegar as desired for taste.
