Georgia Peach Chutney
Georgia Peach Chutney is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 c. seedless raisins, chopped, 8 lb. georgia peaches, peeled and chopped and 2 tbsp. mustard seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven.
Bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 1 hour, 15 minutes or until mixture is thickened and deep brown.
Pour hot chutney into hot clean canning jars leaving 1/2-inch head space.
Remove air bubbles.
Wipe jar rims.
Adjust lids and rings.
Process for 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
Remove jars from water.
