Georgia Goulash
Georgia Goulash is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cut okra, 2 sliced onions, 6 tomatoes, peeled and sliced and 1/4 c. bacon fat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onions in bacon fat until tender.
Place sliced tomatoes on top of onions.
Pour okra over top.
Salt and pepper on top of okra.
Also, sprinkle about 2 tablespoon sugar over all.
Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over all.
Cook in skillet.
Cover and cook slowly 1 hour.
Server over rice.
