Garlic Rosemary Chicken
Garlic Rosemary Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) whole chicken, 2 whole garlics, 1 pkg. rosemary sprigs, 3 lemons and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Clean chicken; add salt and pepper to inside.
Add some rosemary, unpeeled garlic and 1 lemon, squeezed with rind.
In bottom of casserole, lay a bed of rosemary, garlic and squeezed lemon and rinds.
Place chicken on top.
Rub chicken with a little olive oil.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.
Lay rosemary and garlic and squeeze 1 lemon on top of chicken.
Cover; cook at 325Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover 15 minutes before finished.
Carve thin slices.
Lay on a bed of watercress.
Pour juices over sliced chicken.
