Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Garlic Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled, 2 large cloves garlic, peeled, 2 c. boiling water, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add potatoes and garlic to boiling water.
Cover and boil slowly about 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain, reserving cooking liquid.
Put hot potatoes and garlic through food ricer.
Add salt, pepper, butter and cream.
Stir to blend ingredients.
Add reserved potato cooking water to desired consistency.
