Garlic Chicken with Rosemary
Garlic Chicken With Rosemary is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium baking chicken, 2 whole heads fresh garlic, 2 lemons, 3 tbsp. olive oil and 6 sprigs rosemary, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rinse and dry chicken.
Coat the cavity with juice of 1 lemon and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Insert the pods from one head of garlic, along with 3 sprigs of rosemary, salt and pepper; close the cavity with string.
Rub the outside of the bird with the juice of 1 lemon and the remaining olive oil.
In a heavy, deep pot, distribute the rest of the garlic and remaining rosemary.
Cover; bake at 376Β°.
Check it out in one hour to see if it is done.
