Gail's Italian Beef
Gail'S Italian Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. pot roast, 1 can beef broth, 1 can beer, 7 oz. good seasons italian dressing mix and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place roast in covered baking dish.
Add beef broth, seasoning mix, water, oregano and pepperoncini.
Cover and bake at 275Β° for 5 hours until tender.
Remove meat from pan and shred.
Place meat back in pan, add pepperoncini and mushrooms.
Cook 30 minutes more.
