Funnel Cakes
Funnel Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 3/4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat eggs until frothy with wire whisk.
Gradually beat in milk.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Beat until smooth.
In large skillet, put 1-inch of oil.
Put batter into pitcher or bowl with pouring spout starting in center of skillet. Pour batter (small stream) in spiral until 1-inch from edge of pan. Fry until golden.
Turn with 2 pancake spatulas to fry other side. Remove onto paper towels.
Serve hot sprinkled with powdered sugar.
