Fudge Icing
Fudge Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. white corn syrup, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. shortening and 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Melt the shortening and chocolate over hot water or in microwave.
Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring constantly, bring rapidly to a full boil.
