Fudge - Easier to Understand
Fudge - Easier To Understand is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 can (about 13 oz.) evaporated milk, 1 stick butter (the real thing), 1 lb. milk chocolate and 1 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put first three ingredients in a large kettle and bring to a slow boil.
Once boiling, stir for 4 minutes.
Will stick and burn easily, so must watch and stir frequently while waiting for it to boil.
After 4 minutes of boiling and stirring, remove from the heat and add the milk chocolate, baking chocolate and chocolate chips.
Stir into the first mixture.
Once the chocolate is melted, add the Marshmallow Crme and vanilla.
Mix and then add the walnuts.
Pour into wax paper lined pan, about the size of a broiler pan.
Let cool, then refrigerate or freeze.
Makes about 5 pounds of fudge.
