Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1\2 c. butter or margarine, 1 14 1\2 0z. can evaporated milk, 2 lb. sugar (4 1\2 cups), 1\2 lb. marshmellows and 2 c. nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine butter, milk and sugar in a large heavy saucepan or Dutch Oven. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Cook to a boil; cover, boil 5 min. and turn off heat. Add marshmellows, stir until melted. Add the 3 kinds of chocolate, one at a time, stirring until melted. Add vanilla and nuts, blend. Pour into buttered 10x15 inch pan.
Let stand until firm before cutting. Top with nuts if desired.
