Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows (about 16), 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix milk and sugar in large saucepan over low heat.
Bring to boiling; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove pan from heat.
Add other ingredients.
Stir with wooden spoon until marshmallows are melted.
Pour fudge into buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cut into squares when completely cool.
Makes about 2 pounds.
