Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can chunk pineapple, drain and save juice, 2 large bananas, sliced, 1 c. white or red grapes, cut in half, 1 c. peeled and chopped apples and 1/3 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix everything except the bananas. Slice the bananas when it's serving time or mix them in Fruit-Fresh.
They have a tendency to turn dark.
Mix the pineapple juice and mandarin orange juice in a small saucepan. Mix 2 or 3 tablespoons cornstarch in as small amount of water as possible. Add 2 tablespoons sugar or substitute.
Bring to a boil. Cool and pour over fruits.
Serves 6.
