Fruit Cake(No Flour)
Fruit Cake(No Flour) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box raisins, 1 large box graham crackers, rolled fine, 2 c. granulated sugar, 1 lb. mixed fruit and 1 lb. cherries (1/2 red and 1/2 green), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 275Β°.
Mix all ingredients together.
Put in greased tube pan lined with a brown paper bag.
Bake 2 1/2 hours. After cool, wrap cake in towel and put in container with lid. Sprinkle rum around on top.
Store in a cool place.
Let stand a few weeks before eating.
While storing, keep slightly moist with rum.
