Frozen Waldorf Salad
Frozen Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine eggs, sugar, juices and salt.
Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Add pineapple, celery, apples and nuts.
Fold in the cream which has been whipped.
Pour into an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Freeze.
Cut into squares.
Serve frozen on lettuce leaf.
