Frozen Strawberry Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, partially thawed, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 unbeaten egg white, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine in large mixing bowl the strawberries, sugar, egg white and lemon juice.
Beat with electric mixer at highest speed until soft mounds form, about 5 to 8 minutes.
In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until thick.
Fold into strawberry mixture by hand.
Spoon into baked shell.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Freeze until firm, 4 to 6 hours.
