Frosted Cauliflower
Frosted Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cauliflower, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 c. (4 oz.) grated cheddar cheese and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash cauliflower, remove leaves and cut out core.
Cook, covered, in boiling, salted water for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Place cauliflower in a shallow ungreased baking pan.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cauliflower. Bake at 375Β° for 5 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika; garnish with tomato wedges, if desired.
