Made with 1 block tofu (medium or firm), 1/4 c. vegetables, thinly sliced carrots, celery and onion, 1 1/2 c. dashi broth, made from "dashi no moto" as directed on pkg., 2 tbsp. soy sauce and cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
