Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 eggs, beaten, 1 c. chopped ham, 1/2 c. chopped green onions and 1/2 c. bean sprouts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add eggs and cook, stirring, until set.
Remove from skillet; set aside.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to skillet and heat.
Add ham, green onions and bean sprouts.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in eggs. Add rice and stir to mix the ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Heat through; serve hot.
Serves 4.
