Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. lean hamburger, 1 lb. bacon, 1 doz. eggs, 2 to 3 bundles green onions and 28 oz. box minute rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown hamburger and drain off excess grease.
Cut bacon into approximately 1-inch strips and fry until crispy done.
Scramble eggs.
Dice onions and mushrooms.
Drain water chestnuts.
