Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops, 1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery, 2 c. diced roast pork or 8 oz. peeled, deveined raw shrimp, coarsely chopped, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 3 c. cold cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onions, celery and pork in oil until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Do not overcook.
Add rice and bean sprouts which have been rinsed with cold water and drained.
Combine egg and soy sauce.
Stir into rice mixture.
Cook, stirring 2 to 3 minutes or until heated.
Season to taste.
Makes 6 servings.
