Fried Pasta
Fried Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. linguini, 2 to 3 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/2 c. white dry wine and 1 tbsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Thoroughly boil linguini (al dente).
Drain water and wash with cold water.
In a large frying pan, heat oil and saute garlic, pepper and parsley.
Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, add linguini and stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes. Can be served with chicken, beef, pork or anything you like.
