Fresh Tofu Loaf
Fresh Tofu Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 10 oz. can mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, 4 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 lb. tofu, drained 1/2 hour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs slightly.
Add mushroom soup; beat and blend with milk and soy sauce.
Mash tofu coarsely, and combine all ingredients; mix well.
Bake in oiled loaf pan, set in a pan of hot water, at 350Β° about 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before unmolding.
