Fresh Peach Sauce
Fresh Peach Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed fresh peaches (about 4), 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. orange juice, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. vanilla (or use half almond extract), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, mix crushed peaches, sugar and orange juice.
Place over high heat and stir until boiling.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15 minutes or until thick without covering.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and extract. Makes 2 cups.
Serve warm on pound cake or chill the sauce to make up parfaits to place in freezer for future use.
