Fresh Corn Saute

Made with 8 ears fresh corn or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. onion rings, 1/2 c. green pepper rings and 1 1/2 tsp. salt or herbal salt substitute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut corn from cob.
Heat butter in large skillet.
Add corn, onion, green pepper and oregano.
Cover and cook 6 to 7 minutes until tender.
Stir and shake occasionally.
Add salt, sour cream and tomatoes and cook only until tomatoes are hot, not mushy!
