Fresh Blueberry Sauce
Fresh Blueberry Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh blueberries, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Hull berries and gently rinse; pat dry.
PurΓ©e one cup of the blueberries in your blender.
In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Gradually stir in water to make smooth mixture, then stir in the pureed berries and the remaining cup of whole berries. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice.
Great on French toast, pancakes, waffles or cheese blintzes!
