Fresh Blueberry Muffins
Fresh Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except blueberries. Mix until well blended.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in blueberries. (If batter seems too thick, you can slowly add more milk until muffin consistency.)
Fill greased (or use paper) muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins.
