Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oil, 2 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, nuts and raisins and set aside.
Mix oil, eggs, sugar and apples together until well blended.
Gradually add dry ingredients until blended.
Pour into greased and floured cake pan (I use Bundt pan).
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
