Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. oil, 2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. raw apples, sliced thin and peeled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Beat sugar and eggs for 10 minutes.
Add sifted flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add oil slowly and beat. Add vanilla, apples and nuts and mix well by hand (mixture will be thick).
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake cake for about 1 hour or until cake is done.
After cake is finished baking, top with sifted powdered sugar.
