Freezer Jam
Freezer Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. crushed strawberries or blackberries (about 1 1/2 qt.), 5 c. sugar, 1 box powdered pectin and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Measure 3 cups prepared berries in extra large mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
Let stand for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Dissolve the pectin in the water.
Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Add pectin mixture to berries and sugar and stir for 2 minutes.
Pour the jam into freezer containers or freezer jars, leaving 1/2-inch head space at the top.
Cover container and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
Store in freezer.
Makes about 7 (1/2 pint) jars.
