Freezer Cucumber Pickles
Freezer Cucumber Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. cucumbers, sliced, 1 bell pepper, cut as desired, 3 onions, sliced, 1 tbsp. salt and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Wash and brush cucumber and cut into slices.
(Do not peel.) Place cucumber, onion and pepper in plastic pan.
Sprinkle with salt; mix well.
Let set for 30 minutes.
Drain well and put into plastic containers.
Mix sugar and vinegar; heat to dissolve. Pour over cucumber mixture in containers.
Seal and freeze.
