Fred's Favorite Meat Loaf
Fred'S Favorite Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 12 to 15 ritz crackers, crushed, 1 egg, 1 onion, chopped and dash of garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine beef, crackers, egg, onion and seasonings.
Mix well. Make a hole in the mixture and fill with about 1/4 cup undiluted tomato soup.
Mix again, working in the tomato soup.
Form mixture into loaf and place in a 9 x 13-inch dish coated with vegetable oil.
Dilute remaining soup with 3/4 cup water and pour over the meat loaf.
Surround with potatoes and carrots.
Salt and pepper vegetables to taste.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Remove foil and bake until meat loaf is brown on top.
