Frances Madden's Strawberry Mousse
Frances Madden'S Strawberry Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. louisiana strawberries, 3/4 to 1 c. sugar, 1/2 pt. whipping cream, vanilla and lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place mixer bowl and beaters in freezer to chill.
Wash and cut up strawberries.
Add sugar and mash well with a fork.
If strawberries are not tart enough, you may add a little lemon juice to taste.
Remove bowl from freezer and add whipping cream and a little vanilla.
Whip the cream and fold in strawberry mixture. Pour into a container and freeze.
This is better than any strawberry ice cream I've ever tasted!
Recipe easily doubles or triples.
