Fran's Chicken Liver Pâté
Fran'S Chicken Liver Pâté is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, peeled and cut up, 1 very small garlic clove, peeled and quartered, 1 egg, 1/2 lb. fresh chicken livers and 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put onion, garlic and egg in blender.
Cover and process for 1 minute at high speed.
Add chicken livers; cover and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and blend at high speed 2 more minutes until smooth.
Pour into well-buttered 2-cup soufflé dish; cover with foil.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
Remove foil; cool.
Cover and chill overnight.
