Fluffy White Frosting
Fluffy White Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 unbeaten egg whites, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 c. water and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and dash of salt in saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Very slowly add sugar syrup to egg whites in mixing bowl.
Beat constantly with electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes.
Beat in vanilla.
Frosts tops and sides of two 8 or 9-inch layers or one 10-inch tube cake.
