Fluffy Uncooked Frosting
Fluffy Uncooked Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 unbeaten egg white and 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix sugar, egg white and cream of tartar, then add boiling water.
Beat with electric mixer at highest speed until stiff (about 5 minutes).
This will hold shape and will not become crusty.
It can be stored in refrigerator.

Enough for 2 (8 or 9-inch) layers.
