Florentine Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. florentine frozen vegetables (cauliflower, carrots and broccoli), 1 stick margarine, 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 c. ritz cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook vegetables until tender; put in baking dish.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine and Velveeta cheese.
Pour over vegetables.
Melt remaining 1/2 stick margarine and mix with cracker crumbs.
