Flank Steak Roll
Flank Steak Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large flank or other lean steak, 1 lb. sausage (bulk), 1 large can tomato sauce, salt and pepper and garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Season steak with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Spread uncooked sausage on steak, patting down firmly.
Roll up steak and tie.
Brown in a small amount of cooking oil.
(Electric skillet works best.)
Pour about 1/2 cup sauce over meat.
Cover and cook at low temperature 1 to 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally and adding a little sauce now and then.
Slice to serve.
Sauce may be thickened to a gravy.
