Milk to boil and set aside to eggs until frothy.
Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, vanilla extracts, then add milk that is cool.
Half teaspoon of brown sugar in each custard cup.
Pour milk and egg mixture into each cup.
Place on a rack on top of water. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until firm.
