Flan
Flan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1/2 c. (low-fat 2%) milk, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk and 3 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 250Β°.
Blend well all ingredients in a blender.
Pour mixture into baking dish or 4 individual ramekins. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
(If using ramekins, place on baking sheet for easier handling.) Place in preheated oven to bake about 1 hour or until set.
May be served warm, at room temperature or cold.
