Five-Vegetable Slaw
Five-Vegetable Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. finely shredded green cabbage, 1/2 c. thinly sliced red bell pepper, 1/2 c. thinly sliced green bell pepper, 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded and thinly sliced and 3 scallions, thinly sliced on the diagonal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, red and green bell peppers, cucumber and scallions.
