Fisherman's Casserole
Fisherman'S Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium potatoes, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel, boil and mash potatoes.
Cook peas.
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes.
Brown lightly 2 tablespoons flour.
Combine the fried mixture with 1 1/2 cups water.
Turn mixture into 1-quart casserole.
Spoon potatoes in ring around edge of dish.
Put salmon in middle of ring.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 25 minutes or until done.
